We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to logistics, carrier delays, or peak periods. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.

Returns and Exchanges

It is very important to us that customers know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

Since the vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential to contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if the order has already been processed.

Shipping Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address and contact us promptly if any changes are needed.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information or for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, packages may be returned to the sender, but this is not always guaranteed.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you:

a refund for the order minus the shipping costs, or
a new shipment, depending on your preference.

You will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund until the package has been successfully received by the sender.
