Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We process and ship orders very quickly; therefore, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at recomtiek@gmail.com

We will do our best to modify or cancel the order only if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.

To speed up the handling of your request, please write “Cancel my order” in the email subject line and include your first and last name and order number in the body of the email.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it to obtain a refund, subject to the following conditions.

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

items must be unused and in their original packaging;
the shipping label must be present and intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Digital books

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to the original payment method within one week.

Shipping costs can only be refunded if the order is canceled before the package is shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

check your bank account again;
contact your credit card issuer (posting times may vary);
contact your bank (processing times are generally 7–14 business days).

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We will provide you with the return procedure and the appropriate warehouse address to receive the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received.

For items valued over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
