General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are proposed by recomtiek.
For the purposes of these GTC, the following terms mean:
Site: the recomtiek website and all of its pages.
Products / Services: all products and services available for purchase on the Site.
Seller: recomtiek, a natural or legal person offering Products or Services on the Site.
Customer: any user, consumer, or professional who makes a purchase on the Site.
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, or professional activity, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The Customer is invited to read these GTC carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and fully accepted the GTC.
Article 2 – Purpose and Scope
These GTC govern the online sale of home and lifestyle products offered on the recomtiek website.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date the order is placed.
Access to the Site is free of charge. Purchasing a Product implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, including by checking the acceptance box during the purchase process.
The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity required to conclude the contract; otherwise, they declare that they are acting with the authorization of their legal representative.
Article 3 – Customer Service

The Customer is invited to include in the email their first name, last name, request subject, and order number.
Article 4 – Purchase Process
The Products offered are those available in the online catalog of the Site at the time the order is placed.
Descriptions and images are illustrative and not contractually binding.
To place an order:
the Customer selects the Products and adds them to the cart;
reviews the order summary;
enters contact and shipping details;
chooses a payment method;
confirms the order by accepting the GTC.
The sale is finalized once the Customer confirms the order and the payment has been validated.
Article 5 – Prices and Payments
Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before the order confirmation.
recomtiek reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price indicated at the time of the order remains valid.

PayPal
Apple Pay
Other methods indicated on the Site
Transactions are protected through secure payment systems.
recomtiek does not have access to the Customer’s banking data.
Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated during the purchase process.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will occur within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
In the event of delivery issues (damaged package, missing product), the Customer must promptly contact customer service.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written communication to:

The product must be returned:
intact, unused, and in its original packaging;
within 14 days from the withdrawal notification.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified.
The refund will be made using the same payment method within 14 days from receiving the return or proof of shipment.
Article 8 – Legal Warranty
All products sold by recomtiek are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to repair or replacement of the product, or to a price reduction or contract termination, in accordance with the law.
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to force majeure.
The liability of recomtiek is in any case limited to the value of the purchased product.
It is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
Force majeure events include all unforeseeable and unavoidable events that make the execution of contractual obligations impossible.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, design) is the exclusive property of recomtiek or their respective owners and is protected by applicable laws.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Article 12 – Personal Data
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Article 13 – User Comments and Content
Comments submitted by users may be used by recomtiek without obligation of confidentiality or compensation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 14 – Partial Invalidity
If any clause of these GTC is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and effective.
Article 15 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by Italian law.
Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR):

In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
